WHAT’S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
For prints, the standard turnaround time is 4-8 weeks. Books are shipped right away. Please allow extra time during the holidays and inclement weather.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Prints are custom produced for each order and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Changes to your artwork cannot be made once your order is placed.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship worldwide, Shipping costs may vary with taxes and duties, so please contact us for a shipping quote on all orders being shipped outside the USA.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Most prints are shipped via Fed Ex. Sometimes UPS and the USPS are used as well. If you have any restrictions on your shipping, contact us and we will accommodate.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
